At The Happy Waxer, we value both your time and our staffs and although we completely understand that unforeseen circumstances may occur, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours notice for any cancellation OR reschedule of waxing or aesthetic services, and 48 hours notice for any cancellation OR reschedule of Electrolysis services. Any appointments altered after this timeframe may incur a 50% charge based on the services scheduled prior to rebooking. In the event of continued late cancellations or reschedules, the client will be responsible for 100% of the services scheduled prior to being able rebook in the future and/or prohibited from any future bookings with The Happy Waxer. We appreciate your understanding and continued support in adhering to our cancellation policy to continue to ensure a smooth & happy experience!
